How long does shipping take?
The Cooling Mat ships from our overseas fulfillment partner and typically arrives in 7–15 business days. We don't hold local warehouse stock, which keeps our prices honest, but it's not a next-day item — we'll send tracking as soon as it ships so you can follow it the whole way.
What's your return policy on the mat?
We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of delivery — just email support@getsnoozypaws.com and we'll respond within 24 hours.
