FREE SHIPPING
All orders ship free within the continental United States. No minimum purchase.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

DELIVERY TIME
- Calming Beds: 10-20 business days.
- Cooling Mats: 7-15 business days.
Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LATE?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at support@getsnoozypaws.com and we'll locate your package, provide an updated estimate, send a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund. If it's late, we fix it.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.
